Our client saw an opportunity in the mover market to create a segment driven subscription service that leverages AI and Machine Learning to predict homes will be moving in the near future. With limited internal technology and strategic resources TKI was engaged to help make to product a reality.

Solution

Define, design and develop a proprietary SaaS platform that uses machine learning, big data, & segment-based profiling, to identify homes that are likely to come on the market in the next 6-12 months.

  • Collaborative Workshops - We held workshops with stakeholders to better understand the product idea, its requirements and the go to market strategy.
  • Algorithm Definition - Document and define the necessary logic and business requirements to create predictive algorithms and prospect profiles.

  • Data Analysis  - Document and select data sources that would be able to supply raw data for homes, the members of the home, demographics,  mortgage information and and Neighborhood trends.

  • Solution Delivery - Develop a proprietary Subscription (SaaS) service and eCommerce engine that would allow for credit card processing,  real-time account set up and prediction distribution for for its subscribers.
