Strategic Expansion: TKI and Hybrid ConsulTech Merge to Serve EMEA AI Demand

Press Release

Nicosia, Cyprus — Following a successful year of collaboration under a joint venture agreement, U.S.-based TKI and Cyprus-based Hybrid ConsulTech are merging their operations and will formally operate under the unified TKI brand. The merger marks a strategic milestone in the alignment of both companies’ global operations and their shared vision for delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.

TKI, a U.S.-based software and consulting company with over two decades of operational presence in the U.S. and India, brings a strong foundation in enterprise software, deep expertise in AI and machine learning, and a client portfolio encompassing industry leaders such as the largest broadband and cable providers, a national real estate network representing over 30% of the U.S. housing market, and one of the Northeast’s largest HVAC and energy service groups.

Hybrid ConsulTech adds regional leadership and market understanding across Europe and the Middle East. Together, they have already delivered measurable impact through AI initiatives focused on real-world business needs.

This integration unifies their capabilities under a single brand, enabling a globally aligned team to serve clients with consistent quality, deeper expertise, and a shared philosophy of practical innovation.

As a result of the merger, Monica Polemitis, founder and former CEO of Hybrid ConsulTech, will join the TKI Partnership and assume the role of Managing Director, TKI EMEA, leading operations in Europe and the Middle East. TKI EMEA is headquartered in Cyprus, with offices located at the CYENS Centre of Excellence in Nicosia. Thomas Gamble will continue to lead TKI Americas and serve as CEO of the Group.

Thomas Gamble remarked, “We have witnessed an increase in the maturity for enterprise-grade AI solutions. Through this merger, we fully leverage our expertise and address that demand with maximum efficiency.”

Monica Polemitis commented, "This merger builds on the successful initiatives we've developed together over the past year. It comes at a strategic juncture, as Cyprus and the U.S. work to deepen their business ties. The investment by an American company in a Cyprus-based firm to expand its regional operations confirms the mutual benefit of this cooperation."

Commenting on the merger, the U.S. Embassy in Nicosia stated:
“The United States Embassy in Nicosia applauds the merger between U.S.-based TKI and Cyprus’s Hybrid ConsulTech. This partnership exemplifies our two countries’ strengthening commercial ties and highlights the significant potential for future cooperation and mutual benefit in the realm of enterprise-grade AI solutions and professional services more broadly. It also highlights the advantages of Cyprus as a European and regional hub for U.S. companies and the strength of the island’s tech ecosystem."

Together under the TKI brand, the team now offers a fully integrated suite of AI, enterprise data, and software services — covering the full spectrum from AI and Data strategy, data architecture, and model development through governance and compliance to deployment and optimization. Their joint portfolio spans advanced personalization engines, AI-enabled automation, and compliance-ready platforms tailored to enterprise environments across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, real estate technology, consumer services, and the public sector.
